On November 29, 2023, the project team held an online public house for Wasatch County. The meeting had the goal of reporting on crash data analysis, the "high injury network", and opportunities to improve safety in the county. COLLISION OVERVIEW
Collisions and subsequent injuries were thoroughly examined in critical areas of Wasatch County. The summary of these findings encompasses a High-Injury Network, pinpointed hot spot locations, and detailed collision statistics.
A High-Injury Network (HIN) refers to a specific geographic area or network of streets and roadways where a disproportionate number of severe injuries or fatalities related to traffic collisions occur.
